An ugly plastic disk typically found on two or more of the wheels of poor people's cars. They can feature many different designs including spinners and hideous fake chrome teddy bears. Unwittingly purchased by misled wal mart people who think their plastic 14 inch tri-spokes look good, they seldom improve the appearance of even the most tragically beat up cars.
