A Hoover Crip gang in Dallas, TX, mostly in tha Oak Cliff area (Southwest) they wear blue & green like the old Duurty-Town Mavericks colors. 362 means "CUZZ", reference to tha word Crips use to say "friend" or "bro". A street gang in the Western Park, a neighborhood in Oak Cliff. They are called Blocc Hoovas because of their sets names, i.e, 23 Hoovas, 45 Hoovas, 46 Hoovas and other numbers. The numbers are the first numbers of their blocks like 4500 Block, Bridle Wood Drive or 2300 Block, Western Oaks Drive.

A hoover criminals gang located in oak cliff (dallas,tx). 1145 hoova is sometimes called 75224 hcgva. It is unknown who started the 1145 hoovas but is widely believed that it was started at kiest park by members of 362 hoova, another Hoover criminals gang located in the oak cliff area. Their main gang colors are black and orange. Their main enemies are the 75232 neighborhood bloods, 967 TX, 75211 nhc, 225 set uh nigguh up, 8900 city gurl crip (a female-hispanic crip gang).
