Goo hoarding 

When girls hoard large amounts of shampoos, nail polishes, lip-glosses, and general goo-esq. makeups. (Founded by Jenna Marbles' on screen boyfriend Max in the "What I dont understand about girls" episode.
Jenna Marbles is a self admitted "Goo hoarder" in that she is often found Goo Hoarding, especially in her purse.

Verb

To accumulate tattoos in excessive amounts, with the refusal to get the shitty ones lasered off.
Bob: Hey man. Do you have any tan skin left?!?

Cody: Probly not dude. I spent most of my mom's weekly allowance checks on tattoos, sumthin like 15 Gs.

Bob: Damn dude! Can't you get that shitty dragon off yer neck?!?

Cody: Noooo! It brings me back memories of my ex-girlfriend from 8 years ago.

Bob: Man, you have a terrible tattoo hoarding problem. You need help!

When a individual has an excessive amount of pointless word documents, pictures, etc. saved on their computer that they will never look at
Cyber hoarding is Katie's flaw because she has 2000+ photos on her computer of random stuff like jellyfish and city landscapes.

When you're fishing and some asshole creeps right in tight on your spot.

app hoarding 

the act of saving/keeping a bunch of apps on your iphone or other smartphone you don't use/need because they were free, or you simply dont want to get rid of them.
guy 1: why do you have 10 pages of just apps?!?!

To keep all your electronic files and messages and other "data" until it piles up for no good reason, such as saving ridiculous numbers of email messages that you'll never look at again.
if I don't give up e-hoarding and do a mailbox purge, I'm going to exceed my 7GB gmail limit!
