A Vietnamese Woman, who in the Vietnam War worked for Hanoi Radio, broadcasting messages of anti-war and propaganda to the United States and South Vietnamese Troops. She was born sometime in 1931, and died September 30th, 2016 (aged 85) in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
