A Harricane is where a person's hair is messy and sticking out in all directions. It appears as if the person's cranium was just stuck by a Hurricane, since the hair is uncontrollable.
1. Laurie woke up after a long night of partying with the ultimate Hairricane; Her hair took over 30 minutes to calm down.
