(guh-turd) A mixture between being Haggard, in the gutter and almost always being intoxicated from some substance no matter what time of day; usually the funny guy at the party who always takes something just a little bit too far.

When someone eats 3 fast food meals in 1 day (preferably from different restaurants, chugs a white claw, and than shits on someone’s chest.

Also a way to describe the occurrence of a misfortunate event occurring. Like being overcharged for an item, or any other event that results in an unfavorable condition.
