A punch to the gooch, i.e. the area between anus and penis / vagina.

If delivered correctly to a male a gooch punch will cause immediate and uniquely powerful ejaculation, which is said to be the most pleasurable experience known to man. However, after a gooch punch the male can never ejaculate again.

Gooch Pinch

a; A gooch pinch happens while wearing comfortable jeans with loose underwear or, more painfully, no underwear, and attempting to sit on a leather or suede(unforgiving) couch and feeling a slight pinch between your balls and asshole whilst you sit down.
b; While participating in oral sex the giver causes the receiver much pain after pinching the skin between the sex organ and the asshole with their fingers or teeth.
