A word often used in the Belfast (Northern Ireland) local to describe a man of dandyish charm: an actor: a modern day fop. Usually between the ages of 16 and 25. Speaks with eloquance, manners, and is a known womaniser.

Jane: Oh my God, see him?

Alice: He's such a Ghionis!

Jane: Gawwwwd, lets talk to him!
