Ghabriel
Ghabriel is a unique name. It is the name of an angel although there is an h after the G. Isn't that odd? Its fine because a Ghabriel is strong, handsome, and good at keeping secrets. A Ghabriel is also very loyal if you get the trust that is needed. The Archangel Gabriel is a messenger meaning that he is great at keeping secrets. There is no difference between a Gabriel and a Ghabriel except for the h that is added in Ghabriel.

Person 1: " Yep that one. I just think he's very strong, handsome, loyal, and everything you could ever want."

One of the most authentic Mazandarani curse words.
GharibMoosDeh is describing someone who would blatantly forsake his/her long known friends in the pursuit of gratifying or pleasing a recently known acquaintance or even a total stranger, hence Gharib(stranger) Moos(ass) Deh(giver). So in the simplest of terms, GharibMoosDeh is oddly drawn to strangers.
GharibMoosDehs are a bunch of conspicuous twats whom everyone shall avidly try to avoid.

Gharrio
Gharrio is a newly-coined term in use in some cities in the southwestern corner of the continental United States. It is a portmanteau combining the word "ghetto" with the word "barrio" and is used generally to describe a community that has a substantial Hispanic population and a substantial African-American population residing closely together or to describe a gathering location with large percentages of Black and Latino persons in attendance.

Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.
Also used to describe establishments where alternative foods and products are sold, i.e. natural food stores.
