The male version of a wetser/damp thing. Used to describe a good looking male who would 'get it'. Can be used in the presence of getsers as they don't understand what it means.

- Holly, your mate that you just introduced us to is a 'getser' (while he's standing close by).

- Hey look at that group of getsers over there by the bar.

- Getser at 2 o'clock Yuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!
