It's when people are such pussies while dancing in a Mosh-Pit (see UrbanD) and only use it as an excuse to toutch other males while jumping down on music like Bullet of my Valentine or Tokio Hotel. They use it to expell frustrations caused by their ''stupid'' parents and their noisy sisters.
