Garuda 

The most influential element of aircraft in Ace Combat 6, consisting of Talisman (element lead) and Shamrock. Both members of Garuda Team have their callsigns named after luck in some capacity, and is what the entirety of their careers as fighter pilots can be traced back to, as neither of them are any good at anything they do.

Pilot 1: Did you hear Talisman crashed into the Aigion?
Pilot 2: Yeah, both of those Garuda guys are idiots.

Garda Sicíní

The literal meaning of this Irish term is "Guardians of the Chicks" (or "chickens") and is used in Ireland to refer to the national police force Garda Síochána na hÉireann or the "Guardians of the Peace of Ireland". The term is somewhat pejorative and is used disparagingly if jokingly.

When we had the bomb scare the Garda Sicíní was everywhere standing around uselessly talking about Sunday's match at Croke Park.
