Front-story

Purposefully creating a large chunk of back-story which has a different tone to a character's defined personality in order to justify a sudden change in behaviour. Often when a character is about to be written out of a TV series.
They just added a load of front-story to her character, she's obviously going to be written out.

Tonight's episode brought in a whole load of front-story.

front story

The same as your back story only different. The direction is different. Your front story is Vuja De and your back story is Deja Vu. Since Deja Vu is been there done that then Vuja De is going there doing that. If people don't know your front story then they can't come alongside you and help you because doing so helps them.
In order to realize that we have enough overlap to help each other going forward after just meeting I'd need to know as much about your front story as possible.

front-lawn storefront

A.k.a. "yard sale". Often you can get good bargains on good-quality household items there, but you hafta always watch out for damaged/defective/worn-out items and inflated prices.
Brick-and-mortar shops do indeed usually charge a lot more for stuff than a front-lawn storefront, but yard-sale items usually don't come with a warranty or money-back guarantee, so it's kind of a trade-off..
