A freneak is a mix between a freak, nerd and geek.
Freak + Nerd + Geek = Freneek

Person 1: Wow... Look at the person over there!
Person 2: Yh he is such a freneek!

Person 1: What the hell is she wearing tonight?
Person 2: I have NO idea but it makes her look like such a freneek!
