Freckhead

A derogatory term used to insult somebody with an abundance of freckles on their stupid face.

Person A (with freckles) "I really like you." - leans in for kiss.
Person B (without freckles) "Calm your passions freckhead, I'd rather kiss a prolapse." - runs away
