A cross between the word flirt and flatulence. The intestinal gas that is built up but suppressed during a romantic (usually first) date. It is then released in a massive farting episode on the car ride home after saying goodbye to the person you just ended a date with.
I took her out for dinner to a Mexican restaurant. The date went great except the choice of food caused me much flirtulance.
