The idea of being both a Flamingo and a goat. Flamingoats often try speak french but they are rubbish at it.

Or, if a person is a Flamingoat they are often very bad at something.

If someone is a flamingoat they are often a bit dumb and physically challenged.

Riding the Flamingo is when; one moment you are innocently admiring the Flamingo's in the park, the next, your pants are down around your ankles and you find yourself balls deep in pink fluff.

In Serbian language it marks people that can’t afford wasting money on expensive alcoholic beverage and designer clothes.

They usually have only one drink at the bar - most of the time it’s a cocktail or white coffee.
