Pronounced "Foam" often spelled as fome or foam, Fhome stands for Fat Chick Dome, or head from a fat girl. Often used when explaining why a guy is with a fatter girl.

Barry : "yo why is chad with Kelly, Shes HellaFat"
Shane: " dawg, we both know Chads only with her for the Fhome"
