Perhaps someone who is both a fascist and a bully. However, the word "bully" in this case is most likely intended to be exclusively paired up with the word "boy", making a word whose meaning may simply be a generic insult.

A made up nonsensical leftist term used to disguise the fact that fascism and Nazism are socialist ideologies invented by far leftists.
Look at those conservative right wing fascists, demanding free speech and other basic human rights. We are the true freedom fighters, we want mandatory medical experiments, black supremacy, the right to murder unborn babies, and everything good and fun to be banned immedietely.
