An acronym for "for now but not forever," often used as a salutation at the end of a correspondence to mean that the two parties must be apart now, but will meet in the future. At the very END of it all, I plan to spend my days relaxing near a body of water -ocean, lake, river- someplace quiet, doing nytimes crossword puzzles, and cheating when I can't figure them out.
