Exsie is a very unique name, and not one that you ear often..or ever. A girl named Exsie is usually extremely beautiful,energetic and absolutely crazy, her laugh makes you want to join in on the fun. She is lovable and very smart. If you don't have an Exsie in your life..it is incomplete
