1. Comedian that isn't really that funny, so needs a hook (dressing like a rump ranger) in order to draw audiences.

Eddie Izzard is now my favorite comedian, because even though his/her jokes are not edgy or original, he/she sure dresses different! I mean oh my God...he made a joke about candy, that is soooo original...Jammydodgers, that shit is hilarious!"
