The recycling of other peoples ideas.
An idea seen as brilliant put forward by a work mate that seem very familiar. Mainly because you or someone else suggested it months ago and nobody but the Eco Einstein was listening. Hes a bloody Eco Einstein, I suggested looking for a better CRM months ago to my line manager, but now he's the golden boy because he bought it up in his appraisal with the dept manager.
