Doctor Fate in short is a powerful sorcerer with access to many magic artifacts including the Helmet of Fate, which allows Nabu, a Lord of Order, with god-like power. Many have taken up the role as the hero, Doctor Fate but the most prominent and popular has been Kent Nelson. Doctor Fate has fought along side many heroes, including the organizations like the JSA and the JLA.
