Disemployed: a more sophisticated way of saying you got fired, let off, or lost your previous job for one reason or another.

Different from "unemployed" which means one is currently in a state of not having a job.
I have to find another job––I was just disemployed.

I'm sorry, but we're cutting back on wasteful resources, so I'm going to have to disemploy you.
