Slang can be "Blastoise" or "Female Blastoise" (two rockets....)

The condition in which what appears to be a normal man has an imaginary vagina causing him to act like a woman in many situations.

I think my friend is a timaphrodite, he has been listening to Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake.
