Derrick is a kind, smart, funny, weird, tall, handsome, kind and, caring man. he will always cheer you up whenever you are sad. he treats all girls right. He is loyal. he will want to live the rest of his life with you if he thinks you are the one. he is really funny once you get to know him you wont ever want your connection to break. he is one hell of an amazing guy. Derrick hard to find so once you find a derrick never let go of him. Derrick is also very rare to find.

Derrick is another term for a Prince Albert piercing. It comes from the widely known fact that it has been passed down the Derrick family tree.
