An additional derogatory (and more sinister) title given for Barrack Hussein Obama, the 44th President of the United States of America, by his detractors. The title alludes to his knee-jerk response occurring every time someone in his administration pulls some dirty Chicago-style New Left Socialist political chicanery that tramples on the rights of the American people and makes him look bad personally. The response always goes something like this: "I didn't know anything about it." In the end, this makes him look like either a liar or a fool to any intelligent human being. It is intended as a parody on the term "Commander-In-Chief."
"I didn't know anything about it", said the Denier-In-Chief at the news conference, "and we don't need a special prosecutor for this."
