Deinfringe is a word used to express the fact that the natural and constitutional right to own firearms is not just under the possibility of infringement but has been under infringement for sometime.

Examples include:

1934 National Firearms act that created a federal tax on certain types of firearms, a direct infringement on the 2nd amendment.

1968 Gun Control Act which created federal control of the firearm industry, which again is a direct infringement of the 2nd amendment.

1972 creation of the ATF a tyrannical organization of federal tax enforcers that it’s every action is contrary to the bill of rights.

1986 Hughes amendment a federal law blocking the manufacturing of machine guns.

1988 undetectable firearms act aimed at plastic guns, at the top an attempt to ban glocks. Which was nothing more than protectionist policies for US firearm manufacturers and backed by NRA.

1989 import ban a federal law passed by a Republican blocking the free trade of firearms

1993 Brady bill which insists on blocking people and is incorrect more than 90% of the time delaying the timely lawful firearm ownership to thousands of Americans.

1994 assault weapon bill a federal law stating how firearms can look.

2017 bumpstock ban, not a law as much as a classification pushed by Republican and supposed gun rights supporter Donald Trump.

As you can see it’s not if gun owners will comply with clear violations to the second amendment but how long and how much more they will take.
If the republicans will not deinfringe our gun rights then it’s time to vote them out.
