When something is beyond a joke, or at the same level as debris.

That chick over there is debrisical. (shes a mess)

Derpsical 

a combination of derp and whimsical, describing a pattern, aesthetic, design or arrangement that appears to have been conceived by the imagination of a child, and put into place by angry raccoons.

1. That new NPC village we just found was totally derpsical.

2. My girlfriend tried to build her own car. Needless to say, the results were derpsical.
