a bad-ass/crazy motherfucker. debatys typically spend their weekends blazed or drunk out of their fuckin minds and end up doing crazy random dumb shit, usually at high risk to their personal health. debatys are always the topics of many funny weekend stories, even if the debaty normally doesn't remember them.
