A term often used to simply describe facial expressions that are unusual, disturbing, and repulsive found either online or in real world. Most of the time, the situation calls for it when facial expressions appear out of place and can often derail the subject matter completely.

The look that rock guitarists have when they try hit difficult notes on their guitar. A scrunched up look to the mouth and eyes as you are trying to do something difficult. Happens to non-guitarists when trying to defecate.
