A cyber groupie. Someone who adds you on facebook because you have "x" ammount of mutual friends. Possibly for a popularity bump.

"A yo Marvin, you know that blonde shawty named Courtney?"

"Na broseph why?"

"She just hit me up on the book, guess she just a Cyroupie."
