Cuttention

The act of cutting oneself in no way endangering his/her life whatsoever, but as an ulterior motive to gain the attention and sympathy from a lost significant other that probably only lasted about a month or less.

-My friend cuts herself.
-Why? Cutting yourself on purpose sounds stupid and it hurts.
-It's quite simple... shes looking for cuttention.
