excessive cuffin by the male gender towards a female. Cuffboys are always hanging out with their ladies, but aren't officially going out. other names that go with the term cuffboy are, "cuffy, cuffcuff and cuffington"

TOMM: "Yo son this guy kevin has been chillin with his joint for a week straight."

Person 2: "word i noticed that, are they going out or somthing?"

TOMM: "nah son its not official yet, he a cuffboy"
