It's when u have a best friend that is rlly like I mean rlly close to u and u guys talk bout everythin and u have fallin feelins for them, so u have a crush on your Best friend and your just to shy to tell him/her bc your scared either be rejected or just will be awkward, so wat u do is that u make them happy and be funny around them and just do alot more other things. And u or u can take pics and vids for funny memories or just any memory bout both of u or just him/her
