To walk with a plastic bag of dog crap while walking your pet.
While walking your pet and after his/hers busy is complete, you choose to stroll down the road spinning the bag of crap as if it's a purse (European handbag/Satchel), and choose not to deposit the bag of crap in the nearest trash receptacle.

I was driving down my road today and almost hit a pole because this damn Crapostroller's bag flew out his hands and hit my windshield.
