matured, aged like a fine wine (dare I say a touch rugged?), kind of like when anything you bake needs an extra minute or two to get a sturdy and flavorful crust on it. done cookin' is what separates the men from the dudes.

Jason Schwartzman was pretty fugly in "Rushmore", but have you seen him in "Bored to Death?" That man is done cookin'!
