An event where someone who leaves their seat to take care of something and return to find the seat taken. Much like at the Convergys call centers.

Convergmas 

Convergmas is unwillingly celebrated by thousands of Convergys employees each year on December 25th. Instead of opening presents and enjoying time with their family, many Convergys employees celebrate their bastardized version of Christmas answering phones, crying in the bathroom, and getting wallaced.

Converses 

A term used by people who don't realise that the word 'Converse', when referring to the brand of sneakers, cannot be made plural. For example, one would say "I have lots of pairs of Converse sneakers" rather than "I have lots of pairs of Converses".

Don't use the word "converses", please.
