The word used to describe an individual (most frequently female) who is capable of being oblivious to the extent that she/he is confusing to a person of the opposite gender. Conbliviousness is not an ability, it's a character trait. "Man that girl is so conblivious! Is she trying to hurt him, or does she simply have no clue that she is?!"
