A girl that is very nice but can be very annoying at the same time.She is the best friend of many people and is completly fun to hang out with.Usauly likes alternate music and loves volleyball!She deffinately has one of the most amazing names in the whole wide world.Usually Chiyel's are tall,and pretty and tan, almost cherokee colored.
