When a highly adept (or some may say cocky) technical Cloud engineer attempts to fix your issue. Their intellectual superiority (or cockiness) coupled with their developer background may produce some very unorthodox, totally off the wall solutions that simply leave the mere mortal IT layman mystified. Your problem may have been solved, but you will be unable to replicate or explain the solution.
