Cecilia is a kind and loving person. She cares about anybody even if she isn’t great friends with them. Cecilia is a dumb bitch. She is quite lovely, but quite crazy. She often is simply thinking and when you ask her what’s wrong she’ll go on a rant about things you don’t understand. She is an undercover genius. Even though, she is quite the activist, she often jokes about very politically incorrect things. Don’t ever let her go. EVER.

Cecilia is the most beautiful person you'll ever meet inside and out. She will bright up your day with just a smile or even with just hearing hear voice. It doesn't matter if she's mad at the world and takes it out on you. She could have an attitude and you would still wanna be around her.
