Butt Skin 

Butt skin is an unfortunate situation but not at all uncommon.
Butt skin is where the skin on your face is absent of slight changes of color or pigment. Someone with Butt Skin will appear to have one monochromatic tone in their facial skin not unlike that on the buttocks. Butt skin can cover the entire body but is most noticeable on the face and neck areas.

Santa Claus has rosy cheeks, he does not have butt skin.

Rumple Butt Skin

When a person wipes their ass raw with toilet paper. Occurs usually when a person continuously travels to the bathroom in 10 minute intervals just to wipe their ass after a heavy meal.

Look for the person who goes to the bathroom often and looks like they have agony when sitting and taking brisk walks. Also possible suspect for using all the toilet paper in one's home.

Person 1: Who used all the toilet paper?

Person 2:Talk to your brother, he had Rumple Butt Skin.

Buttskink 

A common tird in which the poo is skinny however in tact, being excreted in one piece. It reaches the highest threshold at which the tensile strength of the poo does not break. The term originated from areas where the common house skink resides.

"I did a shit today, it was a total buttskink. It must have been at least 30cm long"

the texture an object takes on when dried out- wrinkly, rough, and dry.

The dried up orange looks and feel like some old granny buttskin.
