Bluffety

Used to describe a person with no real personality, who is vague and is neither one thing nor another. Usually quite dim and believes what others tell them. Weak. Has no desire to make their own decisions and usually extremely irritating.

Can also be used to describe a sound with no true definition

Jamie stop playing your tuba is so god damn Bluffety it's killing me
