The recipient of penis lies down with his or her back on a waist height surface with the head leaning over the edge. From here the owner of the penis stands at the head end while risen to the occasion and inserts penis into the recipient's mouth. From here a bit of shuffling is done so that some frantic blinking by the recipient will tickle the testicles of the penis owner.
