is a compliment given if somone does something so good it was as if a black person did it or they did something that involves black peoples culture and does it well

1) The opposite of excellent.
2)A completly misguided idea that defies logic and will inevitablely cause massive damage. Used in a sarcastic slow clap style to mock-applaud the logic of people who follow a misguided belief that an action will be beneficial despite all the evidence being to the contrary.

1)Boris - “Lets smash a hole in the hull of our ship, to drain the bilge water”
Me - “That’s a brexcellent idea!”
2)Jacob - “I don’t believe in M.A.D. We should bomb the Russians to show we mean business and strengthen our hand.”
