Bizarre architecture. The kind you never see in your neighbourhood, except outside of the city's jurisdiction where they can get away with structurally unsound buildings.
And the kind some select rich people own.

The architecture in M.C. Escher's "Relativity" is genuinely bizarrchitecture.
