The act of suddenly singing, talking, acting like, being a fan girl over, or obsessing over Justin Bieber.

I was sitting next to Alia when all of a sudden she started to sing "baby", by Justin Bieber, she was was having a Bieber Seizure.

Alia- "Baby, baby, baby oooooh,"

Valerie-" Bieber Seizure much?"
