Beyond the Goose

A phrase that is used to describe one's self or someone else when they are either insanely drunk or high.

Guy #1: Dude you had 5 shots of vodka and then three hits from that bong. How are you feeling??

Guy #2: Oh man, I am so beyond the goose right now!!

Guy #1: BEA!
